Weerawong C&P advised Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (“dtac”), a major mobile service provider in Thailand, on the revocation of the resolutions of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission (“NBTC”) rejecting dtac’s interim measures for protection of subscribers after expiry of its concession with CAT before the Central Administrative Court. dtac won the case because the Central Administrative Court suspended the application of the resolutions of the NBTC.
