As a summer associate, you will be entrusted with all of the responsibilities of an associate, and you will work with us on some of Thailand’s most high-profile and complex transactions. You will also be mentored by and hang out with some of Thailand’s most respected legal practitioners.

The core of our program is your exposure to life at a law firm. Therefore, our unique program is structured on a rotational basis - allowing you a 360 degree view of the various practices of the law firm. All of our summer associates will have one to two weeks working in each of the following practice areas: Banking & Finance, Capital Markets & Corporate Governance, Dispute Resolution, Mergers & Acquisitions and Public Private Partnership.

During the summer, our most experienced lawyers will also share their knowledge and insight through lectures, training sessions and seminars, usually on the most intriguing and cutting edge areas of legal practice – all of which is designed to equip our summer associates with our valuable experience and knowledge.
