Weerawong C&P represented the Bank of China in relation to the granting of USD 680,000,000 term
loan facilities to TCC SRE International Ltd. for the purpose of refinancing the borrower’s existing
facility, as well as the Thai law-governed pledge of shares agreement under which the Thai company
pledges its shares listed on the SGX.
