Weerawong C&P represented an international hotel company in successful SIAC arbitration proceedings in April 2021 in relation to a dispute arising out of a hotel management agreement. Following that, Weerawong C&P also represented the company in Thai court proceedings for the enforcement of the successful arbitral award. The Court granted the company’s petition to enforce the arbitral award and dismissed the opposing party’s application to set aside the award in December 2022.
