Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners Ltd. represented Fiskars Group in the acquisition of the renowned Danish luxury lifestyle brand Georg Jensen, globally recognized for its craftmanship and designs for jewelry, watches, silver holloware and home products, from the private equity fund Investcorp. The deal valued at EUR 151.5 million (USD 165 million) closed on 1 October 2023.
