This landmark project involves the development of a 300-megawatt hyperscale facility in Rayong Province, backed by a total investment exceeding USD 2.2 billion (THB 72.67 billion). Weerawong C&P acted as lead counsel on all Thai legal matters, including corporate structuring, securing BOI promotion, and managing regulatory approvals.
