Suphamit Watnoppakhun is anassociate in the litigation and

commercial law, domestic and international arbitration, and criminal law. Healso regularly acts for
major Chinese clients as their trusted advisor withcommercial experience across a wide scope of
industries. Recent Experience Representation of one of the major electric power generation companies in Thailand
in relation to a commercial dispute against an international company, conducted at the Thailand
Arbitration Center (THAC), in which compensation of more than THB 150 million (approximately USD 5
million) was granted. Representation of one of the world’s largest
investment companies in enforcing an arbitral award with a total value of THB 900 million
(approximately USD 30 million). Representation of one of the world’s preeminent suppliers of advanced materials in a
bankruptcy case against a Thai public company, with a total value of THB 84 million (approximately
USD 3 million).
Representation of a high-net-worth individual client in the defense against criminal
allegations related to embezzlement and fraud.
