Yada Chanwangthong is an associate in the projects practice group at Weerawong
C&P. She advises on infrastructure projects and public private
partnerships. Recent
Experience Representation of the Government of Thailand, Office of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) in the contract management of the Public-Private Partnership
Agreement for High-Speed Rail Linking 3 Airports, the investment value of which is approximately USD
7,900 million. We assisted the EEC in monitoring and ensuring the contracting parties’ full
compliance with such agreement and provided EEC with solutions for solving certain issues relating
to the contracting parties’ performance of their obligations under such agreement. (2021-2023)
