Narisa Aeimamnuay is an associate in the projects practice group. She advises clients on infrastructure projects and public private partnerships in relation to air, rail, highway and port projects. Narisa also has experience in dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency, employment and labor law as well as corporate and commercial law.
Recent Experience
Representation of the Department of Highways (DOH) in the development of the Bang Khun Thian–Ban Phaeo Motorway Project (M82), valued at approximately THB 31,457 million. The M82, a strategic elevated tollway above Rama 2 Road, serves as a critical transportation artery that connects Bangkok with the southern regions of Thailand, offering enhanced convenience, speed, and safety for travelers. Weerawong C&P provided assistance in drafting and revising the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Agreement and other key bidding documents, organizing market soundings, offering legal counsel, negotiating with private entities on behalf of the DOH, and addressing procedural and substantive legal issues.
