Saran Sajjanukool is a senior associate in the mergers and acquisitions
practice group at Weerawong C&P. He advises clients in a wide range of industries, including
real estate, consumer products, energy and utilities sectors. He also has experience in capital
markets, corporate governance, company secretary, labour matters and foreign direct
investment. Recent
Experience Representation of
Chubb Limited, the world's largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company,
in its USD 5.6 billion (approximately THB 200 billion) acquisition of the life and non-life
insurance companies that house the personal accident, supplemental health and life insurance
business of Cigna in six Asia-Pacific markets including Thailand. This strategic acquisition
advances Chubb by expanding its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, a long-term growth area for the
company. The deal was signed in 2021 and closed in June 2022.
