- Represented Thai aviation company in a civil court case involving claims exceeding THB 340 million arising out of services agreement relating to the sale of used aircraft and engines.
- Represented Thai aviation company in an international trade court case involving claims exceeding THB 197 million arising from a complex dispute of sale and purchase of used aircraft’s engines against a Germany aviation company.
- Represented a Thai spouse in a civil medical malpractice claims under the Consumer Protection Act against obstetrician, seeking approximately THB 140 million in compensation arising from wrongful acts in connection with assisted reproductive technology, which resulted in the child being born with beta thalassemia.
- Represented well-known Thai pharmaceutical company in a tax dispute against the Customs Department concerning claims for refunds of import duties and the classification of goods under the HS Code, in particular whether the products were properly classified as medicines or cosmetics.
- Represented Thai leading manufacturer and distributor of alcoholic beverages in numerous disputes against several Thai government agencies concerning the advertising of alcoholic beverages under the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.
- • Represented well-known Thai bakery brand in a civil court dispute arising out of a sponsorship agreement with a well-known beauty contest organizer.
